We put this sauce on just about everything. Tacos, burritos, eggs, etc.
Chipotle Lime Mayo
Ingredients
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 lime
2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce (from can)
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
Prep
Just mix everything together in a food processor, blender or by hand. If you're going to mix this by hand, you'll want to mince up the chilies first.
